I've grown marketing & sales teams in 3 organisations that have exited or raised significant funding - the most recent at £97m in 2020.

Where I learned my craft

I started as a digital specialist managing campaigns for major record companies before moving into marketing and business consultancy, delivering brand and digital transformation projects in SMEs and Startups across multiple sectors.

I’ve led major programmes of work or significant parts, such as employer and brand propositions, web and event launches, customer experience design, communications and go-to-market strategies, customer insight analysis and sales process engineering.

I have a particular interest in future talent and education having written a digital apprenticeship course for Google. I’m a career mentor at the University of Westminster and hold a fellowship at the IDM.
